This page is also a 3D city of my career.

I'm a product manager with four years building consumer and platform products from zero to scale: a real-money gaming app grown to 1M+ users, and a self-service ad exchange (a two-sided marketplace) architected for 100M+ monthly impressions, with $100k/month in ad spend running through it. Today I lead AI strategy at a CRM and automation company while finishing The Lisbon MBA. I start from the customer problem, use AI tools to prototype and decide faster, and align engineering and design behind a clear roadmap.

Product Manager, AI Strategy, MR Neo

Aug 2026 – present · India-based company · remote, part-time alongside the MBA

Business automation and CRM platform. The founder brought me in; I report to him and own where AI creates value, product quality and, increasingly, company strategy.

  • Reset pricing and positioning: introduced competitor benchmarking and try-before-you-upgrade add-ons, and moved the company from “a CRM/CPaaS” to helping customers grow their business. Now shaping company strategy and the operating model.
  • Made the whole company AI-native in under two months: a central AI knowledge base connected to the codebase, documentation and website, a sales AI workspace and automated team workflows. Sales decks now need 1–2 iterations instead of many rounds, and information lag across teams has gone.
  • Leading the redesign into an AI-first platform for early 2027, where users mainly work through AI and manual paths remain.
  • Spotted a gap no customer had raised and designed flow-conflict detection for the automation builder, so users see which flows overlap, contradict or supersede each other before they break, and an AI daily briefing on each person's tasks and workload for the week.
  • Unblocked a Shopify integration the developers had been stuck on for a month by speccing the integration hub, API choice and build steps; shipped and approved.
  • Set the product-quality bar: audited all 60+ pages of the platform, logging 600 bugs and UX issues, and turned my own testing method into reusable AI skills the whole team now uses.

Product Manager, Product & Platform, XY ADS

Aug 2023 – Jan 2025 · Gurgaon, India

High-volume performance marketing agency and GMNG's parent company. I moved into AdTech with no background in it, as the only GMNG employee the agency kept; within three months I was the go-to person on ad serving for colleagues with 5–6 years in the industry.

  • Built a self-service ad exchange, a two-sided marketplace, from scratch for small businesses that found agency platforms too complex, moving clients from manually run DSP campaigns to self-service: $100k/month in ad spend ran through it by the time I left, and one client grew to $30k/month.
  • Wrote API-level OpenRTB PRDs and architected the exchange for 100M+ monthly impressions; integrated many DSPs and SSPs by breaking each partner's API docs into the exact APIs developers had to build.
  • Built and led the team: interviewed and hired 3 developers and a designer, who reported to me; gave sales a phased roadmap and competitive analysis to sell the exchange.
  • Cut operating costs 15% by moving vendors to long-term, tiered, volume-based contracts, and routed back-end services such as billing between providers based on traffic, cost and stability.
  • Designed role-based access (RBAC) so agency teams could run campaigns under central master accounts, and directed the developers to cut latency under very high traffic.

Product Manager, GMNG

Feb 2021 – Jul 2023 · Gurgaon, India

Promoted from Associate PM within 11 months (APM Feb 2021 – Jan 2022 · PM Feb 2022 – Jul 2023)

Real-money mobile gaming platform (poker and other skill games). As PM I led a team of nine across development, customer support and sales.

  • Scaled the platform to 1M+ users and $500k+ in user deposits; a two-tier referral scheme alone brought in 200,000+ new users in a single month.
  • Everybody Wins (my idea): diagnosed new-user churn caused by loss aversion and gave new players a second chance after losing their first real-money game, lifting new-user retention 30%.
  • Designed a 7-day gamified poker onboarding loop (my idea): 60% of the targeted high-paying players converted, bringing in $40,000 in revenue.
  • Led an engagement push as PM (more games, the 7-day poker loop, UI changes such as pinned favourite games and faster app loading) that together tripled gameplay frequency and lifted revenue 50% in key games.
  • Turned the parent agency's paid-install campaigns into an in-game Offer Wall, then packaged it as a B2B SaaS module licensed to four gaming companies (about $6k/month).
  • Cut sign-up drop-off by about 60% by replacing the registration form with a single phone-number field.
  • Resolved a deposit drop-off by testing the card-payment assumption with customers and moving the gateway to Paytm, the local wallet 80% of them used.
  • Redesigned the homepage and first-time experience after talking to users about their pain points (+20% user satisfaction in an in-app survey) and integrated third-party gaming services that removed wait times and lifted revenue 20%.
  • Onboarded vendor partnerships with Dream11 and Pocket52, and contributed to shareholder presentations that secured $100,000 in development funding.

Current project · AI hotel platform · Oct 2026 – now

A white-label app that runs a hotel's operations and improves the guest experience with AI, for guests and every team: front desk, restaurant and bar, housekeeping and managers. I'm prototyping it with AI coding tools; the proof of concept is built and I'm preparing the pitch to a first hotel.

  • AI concierge that knows the hotel and books services for guests; allergy alerts reach the restaurant team and manager within seconds and must be acknowledged, even with AI switched off.
  • 4 end-to-end pitch scenarios working live; AI reply drafts in Portuguese, English, French and German; iPhone and web.
